Nicole Youngberry - Your Accredited Family Mediator

With more than a decade of experience working in family law as a lawyer, mediator, family dispute resolution practitioner and parenting education facilitator, Nicole understands the complexities and emotional challenges that come with separation, parenting arrangements, and property settlements. She has guided hundreds of families through these difficult transitions, helping them find practical, fair, and future-focused solutions outside of court.

    • Over 10 years’ experience in family law

    • 6 years as a family lawyer, with additional experience in criminal law, property, and child protection matters

    • 2 years as a parenting support worker, facilitating evidenced-based programs such as Circle of Security, Bringing Up Great Kids and Tuning into Kids

    • Nationally accredited mediator and registered Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner since 2018

    • Manager & Practice Lead of a national Family Relationship Centre for several years, leading teams and supporting families through separation & parenting

    • Manager of Men’s Behaviour Change Programs & Specialised Family Violence Programs, with a strong focus on safety and understanding of family violence

    • Conference presenter, including at the National Family and Relationship Services Conference in Melbourne and the Coercive Control Forum in Moree, North West NSW
